Ibero water, sold in sealed bottles

As early as 1869, a notice signed by Nicolás Ollo, proprietor, offered the “aguas minero-medicinales de Ibero” — the mineral-medicinal waters of Ibero — in sealed bottles (“botellas lacradas”), listing the principal pharmacies of Madrid and Zaragoza where they could be bought. The medicinal benefits were the claim of that era, not a claim made today. That historical sale is part of the source’s heritage; IBERO 1866 is a modern brand, not the same product.

Provenance

Not created. Discovered.

Water that entered the rock long before it reached us, held and shaped by Navarran stone. Our work is not to make it. Our work is to protect it, prove it, and carry it intact.
